Bi-weekly 1:1 art therapy sessions with Kylie! Will include prompts, live exercises and take home exercises depending on client preference and work style.
3 month program
Bi-weekly 1:1s focusing on but not limited to;
- Seeing yourself as whole without the need for validation from others
- Stepping into your power unapologetically
- Processing what's holding you back from your best self
- Relaxing your nervous system
- Gaining trust in yourself and your support system
- Understanding your behaviors and patterns
Mediums included/available:
- Painting - water color, oil or acrylic
- Dancing/Movement - expressive, salsa, contemporary
- Sketching - pencil, charcoal, pastels
- Writing - poetry, journaling, prompts
